The Landmarked Saint Martin's Episcopal Church on Lenox Avenue in Harlem is home to the second largest carillon in the world (next to Riverside Church), with 74 bells. It was built between 1889-1889 and is also home to the mosaic 'The Tree of Life: Symbol of Salvation' by the artist Romare Bearden. The church is in the process of a massive renovation, and is located in the Historic Mount Morris Historic District in Harlem.
