The historic Corn Exchange Bank Building in East Harlem, which was left to decay for decades - and had only a two-story facade left due to fire and water damage - was reborn, keeping the integrity of the original structure which was completed in 1884 by the architectural firm of Lamb & Rich. Located at 81 East 125th Street, next to the 125th Street Metro North Station.
