Description
Originally opened in 1975 at 4 St. Mark's Place in the East Village, Trash and Vaudeville was a go-to place for clothes. The shop occupied two floors in the historic Hamilton-Holly House building from 1975 to 2016, when it moved to 7th Street. Known for clothing stars like the Ramones, The Clash, Bruce Springsteen, Blondie, Debbie Harry et al. The owner, Ray Goodman, opened the shop at the age of 18!
